disappointment

     Now feeling a little disappointed. This is the second time. I spend lots of time do the flash, designing etc. But my supervisor do not support me using darker colour as background. He wanted me to change into a lighter groups of colour. i did a few set of colour combinations. In the end, he chose the worst combination to me. A rather oldies colour combination, simple and plain. Of course, when i used the colour, i am putting myself into his shoes, elder generation views.

     i said this was the second time because i faced the same problem with Industrial Attachment. From there i gained the idea to create the current combination. It's kind of disheartening when you do something and put in lots of effort. In the end, you needed to redo it. 

     All i can do now is to re-create the whole flash, rearrange it and try to meet his requirements. "i have to move on", this is what i told myself.

blush VS bushed

     i am bushed and blushing once i think about what had just happened. This is what had just happen... When i am on my way to school, i had actually, not know since when, forgotten to zip up my jeans. i remember i did but somehow it happened. i met my Bowling/NYP junior and we are chatting happily. Bus conductor came board the bus and i still not noticing it nor he informing me. Then only one stop before reaching NYP, i realised that i did not zip my pants up. Can you imagine how embarrassed i am in front of my friend? i don't know i am 'open' to how many bus-stops. So paiseh. Faster zip up and alight.

     Wah biang! Really embarrassing. Still very tired after yesterday work. But keep myself awake by going into MediaCorp's Forum, Soccernet.com etc. Something bad also happened yesterday. First day as a runner, i made a mistake. i am still not familiar with the menu and abbreviation etc. Then as a runner, i need to recognise the food and deliver to the customer's table as soon as possible. 

     i somehow mixed up which table i was supposed to send it to. i accidentally send a steak to a table. They did not notice it as they also ordered one, but how well-done it is, is different. In the end, i guess the kitchen is a little unhappy about it. But luckily my supervisor and colleague are more supportive and did not reprimand me. Totally dampened my spirit last night.

Stupid Me

     Guess what, after 5 days at Swensen's, now then i find out that Giant Earthquake does not have 16 scoops of ice-cream, but 3 ounces instead of 2 per scoop. *laugh* Not too bad, the people there are pretty friendly as long as you did your job. That's the way. i am happy with that. Pretty tired, i must say but i am cannot-sit-still kind of person. So, i love to be busy. *laugh*

     Tomorrow will be Week 8 and i am suppose to finish my Flash. But i only do 2 part (out of 5). Pretty disappointed of my progress. i will strive hard and finish it as soon as possible. My supervisor should be back in school this week after his re-service. Receive good comments on my design *smile* but i somehow feel that there are something short in my flash. i can't find out the reason yet. Maybe, one day, i will.

     i just now saw an ex-colleague of mine at SSMC (attachment). Somehow i felt very delighted to see him. I do miss the place and somehow, i want to see them but i know i will not know how to communicate with them when i see them. They happen to be on my mine these days and its a coincidence to meet him. Glad that they are all doing great. *smile*
