tough month

what a month... after the busy start (chalet)... i never get a good rest... especially this few weeks... i really don't how to spell 'rest' after Chinese New Year.... Oh... Happy Lunar New Year, my readers~!

Work is piling up... though not as stress as before... i am now expected to fill in all gaps when my other more capable members are dealing with request from engineers... me, myself was involved too... imagine i worked 12hr day shift and had to OT till 1+am... reaching home and get a sleep at 2am before waking up at 6.30am to go company and start my next 12hr of work (excluding OTs)...

This leave me no time to blog, no time to sleep... no time to check email... hey, i only know SK being thrashed & Arsenal fiasco one day after the matchday... So so sad... haiz... what to do.. life is tough... i still have to OT on my rest day this FRI....

The only positive note is i get to enjoy bowling, movies with my good friends... even with my injured finger... i give them a tough fight... losing out by merely a few pins.. hehe... i'm good isn't it... (if he never put water lar...) i had a great time... we'll talk about Fann's movie when i have time... now.. time to sleep before another 12h... haha

Chalet

Just back from a tough week... having only less than 24h of sleep in the past 5days... Working... dealing with a friend's present... and also doing a chalet.. its tough... haha... but enjoyable... just tired

I HAD A NEW SON~!!! haha... my ex-colleague's son stick to me after some incidents happen... and we keep playing together... FP's aunties say we play like father & son... lol.. but its fun... this kid really take abit of time to 'control' but com'on, kids like to have fun what... haha... play water gun, fool around... run around... its enjoyable.. the whole experience even though i injured myself... Most importantly its a rare gathering... and special thanks to Kangwei & vivian for helping out willingly... ML & Edmund for more unwillingly... haha... but at least the thing end nicely...

Aloha is really big... if civil servants... it cost much lesser... it really tempted me to go apply... as i have been wanting out for so long... though the 3 days there was short... i enjoyed the fact that i can do what i want... really can control the way we live... or like the place of our own... especially living with friends... haha... but its came at an expensive price... i would love to have a place of my own in the future... haha...

a disgrace to ASEAN

Singapore, defending champion Vs Thailand, 3 times winners... how was the match supposed to be? Exciting, of course... or maybe few would be supporting Singapore for a win... Unfortunately, its not what happened a few hours ago...

I would not have said Singapore played exceptionally well... They aren't England, Germany... or even Japan.... they are Singapore... mistakes can be seen everywhere... but i do salute to our national heroes... They maintained their composure & deserved the win... it could have been greater... Singapore wasn't that good... Lionel Lewis made a few simple mistakes that disappoint me... Singapore passes wasn't landing at the right place... but... they fight for every ball... the 'want' is there... Like my friend commented, 'They want the ball, but when they have the ball... they don't know what they want to do with the ball...'

Thailand, on the other hand... did not proved their worth to be in the final... Right from the beginning... They are using dirty tricks trying to earn free kicks... get Singapore some cards etc... They did succeed somehow... as Malaysian referee, C Ravichandran, keep making mistakes... Many calls was seemed unjustified... Thailand keep diving... falling... 'injuring', they called for medic for at least 5times for first half... at one time... two players required stretcher...

The worst ever scenario was the walk-out of pitch by the thais... encouraged by their coach... For a penalty they refused to give in... But our coach responded well... asking the players to prepare themselves on the pitch... The players concentrated on their game and not on thailand dirty stuff... In the end, they took the penalty & SINGAPORE WON~!!! the first leg ended National Stadium's 33years history... Thailand should receive some punishment for their 'sportsmanship' in the match... Singapore deserved to win much much more...

Thailand fans aren't as loud as Vietnam, in terms of number... they are sporting enough to do the kallang waves... i SALUTES to the crowd... & our soccer players to show the world... Singapore plays FAIRLY~!! But strangely... the most chanted words in the stadium is neither 'Singapore' nor 'Thailand'... its... 'BUDOH' (stupid in malay)... Indeed... i would give the malaysian a 3/10 for his performance tonight... Don't blame me... he is indeed budoh for some decisions...
