What "Red Alert" am i referring to? ITS MY WEIGHT!! I weighs 81.3kg (as of yesterday!)
I immediately went for a jog, even though i am tired. But honestly, i don't know why i am feeling tired that easily recently, especially after my school and job switch. Now i have extra tyre around my waist and gaining pounds easily. Disappointing. But i hope that i can quickly get in shape. These few days gonna be a serious "crash course" for me as my cousin is getting married next week and another friend in 2 weeks later.
Hence, i decided to blog daily WITH MY WEIGHT! not to declare to the world, but to remind myself how heavy i am! TARGET: 75KG (for now)
