Pebbles Cookies
250g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100g icing sugar
150g butter
2 tablespoons of beaten egg
1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
- Sift plain flour and baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add gradually the beaten egg and vanilla essence.
- Fold in the sifted flour and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- Make the mixture into small pebbles shape.
- Bake in the middle shelf of the oven at 150 degrees for 10minutes or till light brown.
