Oiishi

      Its been a long while since i last blogged. Let's see... Too many things... yet its hard to string all up together into one post. Some of the events had already slipped off my mind. haha...

      Over the past few weeks, i attend several gatherings & of course, OT OT OT~!!! In the process, i got myself on DVD player upon a lucky draw. Though the chances are 50-50, due to some cheating *laugh*, its still a nice win. At least i never really been that lucky to win things, you see? I don't know if i can mention names here. So i guess, whoever involved know themselves well. Thanks.

      Recently concluded event was a drive-a-round Singapore by mr Belfred. JiaHui, Xinyi & me made up the remaining 3 characters. We went to Bukit Timah for Japanese food buffet, Yishun for pool & ended up at Serangoon for desserts.

      I forgotten the Jap food restaurant name... so maybe Xinyi can enlighten me about that. Food was Oiishi but... service was 'so-so'. I am already kind enough to say their service was 'so-so'. They did well in response to customer unhappiness, but their service was slow & attitude wasn't tip-top. Never mind about that, at least we get to eat great food for $40 (sounds expensive~!). Thanks to Mr Belfred for the recommendation.

      That was not the end, Serangoonhas a small cool place named Ice3 (3 as in Cube). It offers good ice-cream. Never judge a book by its cover. Their desserts may not be the best-lookers around, or may not spur your appetite, or even turn you off a little... but trust them. They wouldn't have crowds for no particular reason. Their ice-cream flavours are unique, cool and smooth. It simply taste nice... Its a pity that we did not get to taste the Rum 'N Raisin flavour. The place look cool from the outside, yet a little mis-matched from the inside. White lounge-like table with blue neon lighting (color) makes the place up-trend but yet there are red sofa, low tables etc. It makes me feel hard to understand their intentions or directions. But nevertheless, thumbs up for the ice-cream... Time to steal some innovations... *evil laugh*

     Hence, if you guys think about going for some place to chill... this is another good options... *stretching my back* Wondering why am i online while i supposed to be at work? That's because i took 1/2 day. I needed it. Since i work until 2am last night, hence took the opportunity to rest since its maintenance day. Aiight~! Will update next time...
