Bond Closer

     Club Crawl 2003 finally came to an end yesterday evening. But, a new chapter of bowling is bound to begin. *smile* Even though, the team's (club's) enrolment rate has dropped by 45%, we are still optimistic on keeping them with us. In the past years, even with a high enrolment rate, its only 10-15 from the batch stayed on. The reasons for lower rate is the venue of Club Crawl and this year, there wasn't any promotion offered by us. But of course, the interactive bowl this SAT will have a lucky draw. Prizes are confidential *grin* Hence, i believe, this year's newcomers will be there because of their interest instead of getting the promotions.

     i consider this year's Club Crawl from us are a success. We targeted at the female market. They make up to 49% of the newbies. But this shows the decrement in guys. The bond of the team are now closer too. Its important due to the new batch of committee members coming up. At least, we get to talk to each other. Most of the time we trained at different time and different lane. So the interaction was brought to minimal. So i guess this event really let us 'talk'. For the first time, i really talk to Jamie, Michelle, Gerald, Vera, Aeson. So i guess its worth the No-Paid-Leave *smile*

     i used to be a FB supporter. But i guess, im beginning to lose the interest. This year's performance marked the best and worst performance by FB. Why? FB's guys (and 2 gals) improved from last year. Although you can see that they were dancing their own style but that the way hip-hop should be. FREE STYLE. Of course, as a group there must be some same moves but if totally same, it would not be nice or its not hip-hop. Of course i cannot represent other people views. At least that's mine. FB girls on the other hand, famous for their gothic dance, were having their bad day. Its seem like the young batch are putting a few pieces of woods on stage. They barely dance... moving hands and legs aren't dancing. Its their strongest area, gothic, yet it look like pathetic. Only when the second part where a senior (year 3) show what FB are mad of. But still, one person cannot make a big different. Overall, the girls sucks.

     i also met up with my ah-jie, Jannah today. Her hair was slightly longer. I sit down and chit chat before heading to Sports Hall for Club Crawl with Adila (erm... spelling might be wrong). i also bumped into Sock Mui, YY and LY. Hmm... but still never meet Belinda. So i guess, its really fated *smile* i really miss the environment, can't wait to go back...
